We've created a space that maximises freedom - and with that freedom comes responsibility. We ask all guests to act with respect, and to treat Shpoggle Island Surf House with the same respect you show to your own home. While we want you to have fun and let your hair down, you are responsible for looking after your little ones, to treat the property with care, and to make sure that there's
no noise after 20:00.
Please be good neighbours to our neighbours, generous to our staff, and love Shpoggle Island like we do.
House theft and damages will be billed with a fine of minimum R2,500, depending on what has been damaged and the cost to repair. We expect honesty - if something's happened, please let us know. We know that accidents can happen, and we will take your upfront honesty and the situation itself into account when resolving the issue with you.
Guests are liable for any damages and accept risks of using the house - this is a condition of agreeing to rent the house.
